One in five Aussies aged 16 to 85 have a mental illness, which can make it difficult to find work. Tiffany Hoy visits a Sydney print shop that offers training and experience to make a difference.

Mental health service provider RichmondPRA is the proud new owner of Kwik Kopy Surry Hills in Sydney, and is offering people with mental disabilities training and work experience in a busy city printing house.

The store opened its doors in October last year with new manager Mary Glastras at the helm. Around half of the centre’s staff will eventually be made up of people with a mental illness, with opportunities for around 12 workers each year.
