The road to recovery

Everyone’s recovery journey is different and we are committed to help you find the pathways that suit your situation best.

This may be help finding a home, making friends, getting involved, learning new things, getting a job or living well.

Choice is at the heart of everything we do. We work with you to identify the goals and priorities you think are important in your life and will focus on your strengths and skills to help lead the recovery process.

We value diversity. We welcome everyone.

If you identify as Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander; culturally and linguistically diverse; lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or intersex, or someone with a disability we are here to provide the support you seek for your recovery.

If you or your family or carer needs help with communicating we can organise for an Interpreter. Just let us know.

Remember, mental health issues are treatable much like diabetes or asthma. With the right support and guidance you can pursue your hopes and dreams and live (and work) happily in your community.
