The Manager, Employment manages the provision of effective and professional employment services to ensure a high standard of service delivery to jobseekers experiencing mental health issues under the DSS contractual requirements.
Manager, IEA Quality and Compliance
- Ongoing full-time (76 hours per fortnight)
- Working Monday to Friday
- Based on-site within any of our ESAs, with travel required
- Attractive salary starting at $110,000 per annum plus super and tax-free salary packaging.
The Manager, Quality and Compliance ensures Flourish Australia’s Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program meets all program requirements and guidelines. This role implements high-quality services that exceed expectations for both participants and employers by upholding the highest standards of service for the program.

- Level 5 on the Flourish Australia Enterprise Agreement (2018) equivalent to $100,000p.a. - $105,000p.a + Super + Tax Free Benefits

By guiding and supervising staff, collaborating with employers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and statutory requirements, they foster a positive and supportive environment.
