The Flourish Connect Participant Portal is now live. The Participant Portal has been co-designed and tested with input from people we support, making it easier than ever to stay informed and connected with your supports—all in one secure place.
What is the Participant Portal?
The Participant Portal is a simple and secure online tool for people who access Flourish Australia services. Through the portal, you can:
- View your upcoming and past supports in a calendar or list format
- See your agreements, recovery plans, goals, and outcomes
- Submit requests to your support team, such as changes to your supports or updating your details
- Share feedback, compliments, suggestions, or concerns directly with the relevant manager
Everything is designed to give you more choice, transparency, and control over your support journey.
Getting Started
To help you get started, the Flourish Connect team has created a range of resources, including:
- A flyer explaining what the portal is, how to access it, and answers to common questions
- Step-by-step guides for both staff and participants on setting up and using the portal
- A short training video showing how to access and navigate the portal
You’ll need a mobile phone to access the portal, as it uses a secure authentication process. If you ever forget your login details, you can easily reset your password through the sign-in page. Your account is private and can only be accessed by you.
Where to Find Support
If you need help getting started, staff are available to support you through the setup process. All resources—including guides and the video—are available through your support worker or the Flourish Connect team.
